Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data we process through the haesystems.net website, what we use it for and how you can exercise your rights, under Peru's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 29733) and its regulations.
1. Data controller

2. Scope
This policy applies only to the haesystems.net website and the contact channels offered on it.
3. Data we process
- Inquiries through the contact form, WhatsApp or email: name, company, phone or mobile number, email, service of interest and the message you write. The form does not store data on the site: it prepares your message so you can send it from your own WhatsApp or email app.
- Complaints Book: the information on the complaint form (name, ID document, address, phone, email, parent or guardian details if the complainant is a minor, and the details of the claim or grievance).
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, date and time, automatically logged by the server for security.
4. How we use the data
- To answer your inquiries and send you the quotes or information you request.
- To handle and respond to claims and grievances, under Peru's Consumer Protection Code.
- To keep the site secure and working properly.
We do not use your data for third-party advertising and we do not sell it.
5. Cookies and browser storage
The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. It only stores the language you choose (Spanish or English) in your browser, to show it on your next visit.
6. Retention
- Inquiries: as long as needed to serve you and follow up on your request, or until you ask us to delete them.
- Complaint forms: at least two (2) years, as required by Peru's Complaints Book Regulation.
- Technical data: for as long as the hosting provider keeps it for security purposes.
7. Sharing
We do not share your data with third parties, except:
- Our web hosting provider, which stores information on our behalf on servers located in the United States.
- WhatsApp or your email provider, when you choose to contact us through them.
- Authorities, when required by law, including INDECOPI for complaints.
8. Security
The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to the information is restricted to authorized HAE SYSTEMS staff.
9. Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to ventas@haesystems.net with your name and your request. We reply within the legal deadlines. If you believe your request was not properly handled, you may contact Peru's National Authority for Personal Data Protection at the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.
10. Minors
The site is intended for businesses and adults. If a minor files a complaint, the details of their parent or guardian are requested.
11. Changes
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its effective date.
